IT Support Analyst

• Deliver top-notch IT support for hardware, software, and cloud services.
• Be the first point of contact for IT queries-solving problems and making users' days better.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot networks, cloud telephony (8x8), and more.
• Document solutions, create user guides, and share your knowledge.
• Train users and support new tech rollouts.
• Stay curious-keep up with the latest in IT and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Intune?, * Hands-on experience in a Microsoft 365 environment (Active Directory, Entra, InTune, Auto Pilot, Windows Defender, Watchguard Firewalls, Cisco/Meraki Wi-Fi, Aruba switching).

• CompTIA A+ or M365 Fundamentals (a plus!).
• A computing qualification (A-Level or higher) or 3+ years in a similar IT support role.
• A passion for customer service and problem-solving.
• Flexibility to cover evenings (up to 10pm) and weekends when needed.
• Full UK driving license (essential)., * IT support: 2 years (preferred)
