Job description

As an Information Coordinator, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering high-quality project data management and compliance across multiple secure sites.

Your day to day will include:

  • Managing the Common Data Environment (CDE) throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance and integrity of project data
  • Hosting and managing training sessions for new users of the project CDE, acting as the main point of contact for support and coaching
  • Maintaining project file naming protocols and managing MS SharePoint libraries, including administrator duties
  • Ensuring Client Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs) are maintained and updated
  • Managing, scanning, and archiving site filing systems, drawings, and paperwork

Requirements

  • You have significant experience working within secure nuclear/MOD environments
  • You hold (or previously held) UKSV SC Clearance and have a British Passport
  • You are highly IT literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email) and have strong communication skills
  • You are detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently across multiple projects
  • You are comfortable with pre-employment checks including Enhanced DBS and SC Clearance

A Full Driving Licence is required (does not need to be UK-specific).
