Job description

As a Technical Administrator, you will process claims in line with both Kier and client procedures, ensuring all required documentation is accurately prepared and sent to insurers and relevant stakeholders.

Your day to day will include:

  • Record and accurately track the status of claims from incident to claims handler submission
  • Obtain damage incident details from operations teams, supplying progress updates through a content management portal
  • Liaise with the client administration and management teams to obtain incident evidence, job details and subcontractor invoices for specific claims
  • Prepare estimates for the incident response and required permanent repair works, creating invoices for each claim
  • Submit estimates and claims evidence to the claims handlers through the content management portal, responding to queries returned from claims handlers and litigation

Requirements

  • Claims administration experience from an accident management or insurance background
  • Strong communication skills and able to manage your time effectively
  • Computer literate with competent ability and knowledge of Microsoft Office

Hours: Permanent, Fulltime 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per year + benefits
