Job description
- Supporting Product Owner to develop solutions to system challenges, collect user requirements, research technical practices, engage with the SAP SuccessFactors community and user groups to stay on top of leading practices
- Administer and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, Onboarding/Offboarding.
- Execute and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Testing for system changes and defect fixes.
- Maintain platform health through upgrades, patching, cloning, data integrity checks, and performance monitoring.
- Develop and enhance HR workflows, catalogue items, UI policies, business rules, notifications, and reports.
- Partner with HR, IT, and security stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with global data privacy, security, and governance standards.
- Provide end-user support, training materials, and documentation for global HR teams.
- Collaborate on the ServiceNow roadmap, suggesting innovations and improvements.
- Action 'administrative' continuous improvements and changes (e.g. skills updates, response templates, document generation templates, catalog form changes, small updates to services) within the HRSD module.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is desirable but not essential..
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HR (CIS-HR) desirable but not essential.
- Experience of ServiceNow system administration, ideally with HRSD module experience.
- HR Operations exposure with a focus on employee lifecycle management.
- Experience in working collaboratively to solve complex problems.
- Experience working in an agile environment preferred.
- Ability to organise and prioritise.
- Problem solving and effective communication.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and analysis skills.
- Excellent teamwork, verbal and written communication (including the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms), as well as project and time management skills.
- A self-starter with a driven and inquisitive mindset.
- Ability to work across time zones and cultures in a global matrixed organisation.
Benefits & conditions
Up to £54,000 per annum - dependent on capability.
As well as your base salary you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
