Job description
We are looking for a Workday Analyst to join our HR Technology team. Based in Darwen, Hull or Cwmbran on a hybrid working basis, you will provide day-to-day support, configuration and troubleshooting within Workday, ensuring smooth operations for our global HR platform.
Help to develop the way we work with Workday!
This role will be the first point of contact for Workday support, helping colleagues across People & Culture with day-to-day questions and issues. You will take part in operational activities such as audits and data quality checks, while also contributing to system upgrades, testing and the rollout of new functionality.
You will help maintain documentation and training materials, making sure our processes are clear and easy to follow. Collaboration is key, and will work closely with Centres of Expertise, People Analytics and other teams to optimise how we use Workday. By staying connected to the Workday Community, you'll also bring fresh ideas into our ways of working.
Requirements
You have experience in Workday and are motivated to take the next step in a truly global company. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy solving problems that make processes simpler and more effective.
- 1-2 years of experience with Workday HCM
- Practical knowledge of Security, EIB and Compensation modules (advanced Compensation module experience preferred)
- Experience with Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Reporting or Integrations is an advantage
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality and compliance
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Effective communication, presentation, and collaborative skills
