Job description

My customer is looking for aWorkday HRIS Analyst to join their newly formed team.

Requirements

This role is ideal for an individual with strong skills across HCM, Absence and Payroll who also wants to break into new modular areas of the HCM Product suite and really make an impact with a compay that will invest in additional training., * 3-5+ years of experience across the Workday Product Suite with strong configuration capabilities across Core HCM, with strong demostratable expereince configiring across the Workday Absence and Payroll modules.

  • Hands-on experience in at least x2 of the additional modular areas below, * The ability to work in a strategic capacity whilst remaining hands-on with the product
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to champion the "art of the possible" across the organisation.
  • 3rd party management capabilities, and prior experience working closely with SI / AMS partners to ensure 3rd party support and solutions are fit for purpose.
  • Proven capabilities of acting as the Workday Product Champion within an organisation, providing kniowledge transfer, product adoption, and driving best practice within the company.
