Job description

You will:

  • Deliver high-quality 2nd line support across Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, AD, networking and cloud services
  • Take full ownership of escalations from investigation through to resolution
  • Work directly with senior engineers on security, automation, and architectural initiatives
  • Support technical projects including system rollouts, device management, and automation deployments
  • Monitor and maintain client environments to ensure stability and security
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users
  • Produce accurate documentation and follow established processes

This is an in-person role with significant interaction with senior engineers - ideal for someone serious about progressing their career in a structured, professional environment.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, We are seeking a highly capable and experienced 2nd Line Support Analyst who can operate confidently, independently, and to a high technical standard. This is not an entry-level position. Only candidates with proven, advanced 2nd line capability and strong troubleshooting depth will be considered., To be considered, you must already have:

  • Minimum 2 years recent 2nd line experience, ideally within an MSP or multi-site environment
  • Proven track record of handling complex technical issues independently
  • Strong working knowledge of:
  • Windows 10/11
  • Microsoft 365 Admin
  • Active Directory
  • Intune (policies, compliance, device management)
  • Experience with security principles, alert triage, and system hardening
  • Excellent diagnostic ability and a methodical, structured approach to troubleshooting
  • Evidence of being a fast learner with strong technical curiosity and the ability to absorb new technologies rapidly

Preferred Experience (Advantageous)

  • Previous involvement in automation, scripting, or AI tooling
  • Experience supporting cloud transformations or infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with security tooling or SOC processes
  • Professional certifications (Microsoft, security, cloud)
