Job description
- Assist in new business processing across Investments, Pensions, and Protection
- Conduct drawdown reviews, CGT and carry forward calculations, and portfolio analysis
- Provide efficient administrative support to Advisers and the wider team
- Handle client and third-party queries professionally and promptly
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and organisation under pressure
- Use IT systems effectively, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, * Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Professional and confident in client interactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, * Ability to commute to Solihull
- Willingness to relocate prior to starting (if applicable)
- Industry experience required.
