Job description

  • Assist in new business processing across Investments, Pensions, and Protection
  • Conduct drawdown reviews, CGT and carry forward calculations, and portfolio analysis
  • Provide efficient administrative support to Advisers and the wider team
  • Handle client and third-party queries professionally and promptly
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and organisation under pressure
  • Use IT systems effectively, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, * Strong organisational and administrative skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Professional and confident in client interactions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, * Ability to commute to Solihull
  • Willingness to relocate prior to starting (if applicable)
  • Industry experience required.
