Job description

Due to recent expansion and growth within the company we are looking to recruit a full-time Administration Assistant to support the existing team.

Aether Compliance Ltd is fast becoming a market leader within our sector. The Company provides specialist building compliance services to our Facilities Management and Hospitality portfolio.

A fast moving, modern 'digital first', paperless and carbon neutral company servicing of 3000 properties across the UK (and growing)!

The role:

This full-time position (based at our Chelmsford Office) will be working alongside our account managers, other administrators and engineers to complete quality assurance and general administration tasks

The varied day to day tasks will include (but not be limited to):

  • Checking compliance in engineers reports
  • Identifying remediation works
  • Liaising with scheduler to book in repat works
  • Report generation
  • General day to day office tasks

The role requires attendance to our Chelmsford Office (that requires a car to access) and is a junior administration role working alongside our existing team with scope for progression.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Typing?, As this role requires reviewing of engineers findings the ideal candidates will be willing to learn about the type of assets we maintain, what to look for in reports. Experience within an engineering, fire safety or compliance business would be an advantage.

All works are digitally logged and reports processed using cloud based tools, excel and adobe so a good grounding in computer skills is essential.
