Reporting to the IT Manager, you will play a key role in optimising and supporting the business applications that underpin our daily operations - from Salesforce and Power BI to our bespoke internal systems and tools. You'll be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting core business applications, analysing issues to identify root causes, and implementing solutions that improve efficiency and data quality. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and translate them into system improvements or enhancements.
Working alongside the IT Manager, you'll also contribute to ongoing projects that shape the future of our digital environment and strengthen the cooperative's technology foundations.

Main Accountabilities:
· Manage general system administration within Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing.
· Build and maintain dashboards and reports using business-intelligence tools such as Power BI or Salesforce.
· Providing area-specific training, guidance, and support to team members to ensure effective use of business-intelligence tools and features.
· Create user guides, documentation and self-service resources to assist staff with common Salesforce tasks and best practices.
· Triage and action support requests/tickets and keep the action log up to date
· Recommending and implementing enhancements that align with evolving business needs.
· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
· Automate repetitive reporting tasks and improve data processes where possible.
· Support configuration and troubleshooting on Salesforce objects, validation rules, workflows, permission sets, and similar operational tasks.
· Train end users and provide ongoing system support.
· Perform regular server environment checks for failures of data loads.
· Conduct periodic system performance checks, applying improvements where necessary.
- Ensure the reliable operation of IT systems, assist in project delivery, and develop towards full ownership of designated application areas.
· Identify and suggest possible improvements to procedures.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud?, · Create, maintain and improve Excel Reports (Power Queries, SQL Queries, Formula's)
Must-Have, skills, and experience:
· Proven experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Power BI.
· Strong understanding of workflow management and report creation.
· Skilled in customisation and configuration (objects, fields, flows, layouts, etc.).
· Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, Power Query, and complex formulas.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to understand and write basic/complex SQL queries.
· Minimum 12 months of recent experience in an application support environment.
