Job description
As an Oracle Fusion HCM Lead, you will play a key role in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules-specifically Core HR, Recruitment, and Talent Management-for the UK public sector. You will lead client engagements, oversee integrations, data migrations, and reporting, and translate complex technical solutions into clear insights for both technical teams and senior management., * Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Recruitment, Talent Management).
- Provide hands-on expertise in Core HR, Recruitment, and Talent Management within the UK public sector.
- Conduct System Integration Testing, support User Acceptance Testing, Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR), and hyper care.
- Utilize HCM technical tools including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI Reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader.
- Engage with clients on integrations, data migrations, reporting, and module-specific requirements.
- Translate complex technical solutions into clear insights for business, technical, and management teams.
- Lead SDLC activities including Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), playback sessions, training content preparation, and delivery.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues while ensuring smooth project delivery.
Requirements
