Job description
- Provide functional leadership and deliver high-quality Oracle Financials solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with customer process consultants and business SMEs to understand, analyze, and document business processes.
- Ensure functional deliverables meet design specifications, adhere to best practices, and support overall project objectives.
- Prepare and maintain configuration documentation including BR100 and other functional design materials.
- Contribute to multiple phases of the consulting lifecycle, including problem definition, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Lead and participate in business process consulting activities, identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and creating functional designs.
- Support the development, configuration, and implementation of the overall Oracle Financials solution.
- Guide project teams on processes, deliverables, and quality standards.
- Contribute to proposal creation, client workshops, end-user training, and internal capability-building initiatives.
- Shape value-adding consulting solutions that help clients adapt to evolving business landscapes.
Requirements
- Strong functional experience with Oracle Financials modules.
- Expertise in developing BR100 documentation and functional configuration.
- Ability to interact effectively with clients, SMEs, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced consulting environments is highly desirable., * Oracle Fusion Finance modules : AP, AR, GL, TAX: 7 years (required)
