Administrator (Finance & Data)

We are looking to appoint an Administrator to play a key role in supporting the business and operations functions of the College. This multifaceted position involves delivering high-quality financial and data administration services to help achieve the College's educational goals. The role requires strong IT and data analysis skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. We are well supported by our colleagues within the central team at Nova Education Trust who can offer specialist advice, training and networking.

The role sits within the Business and Operations team which delivers the non teaching functions of the College ensuring all back office and support services are efficient and effective. This small, skilled and supportive team fulfils all non educational functions including operations, facilities, admissions, finance, marketing, HR, governance and SLT support.

We work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure we provide a first class educational experience to our young people. There may be scope for you to experience wider aspects of operations if desired. The position would suit a confident administrator who has had experience of finance or technical admin, looking to further develop their skills & knowledge.

The role is full-time with the exact working pattern to be confirmed with the successful applicant, with a requirement to oversee College reception daily from 3:00pm to 4:30pm and attend four evening meetings per year.
