Website Designer

We are seeking a talented and innovative Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful applicant will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions that enhance user engagement and optimise functionality., * Design and develop aesthetically compelling websites, ensuring they are responsive and optimised for all devices using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and other front-end technologies.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools such as Axure, Balsamiq, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision to illustrate design concepts effectively.
• Implement interaction design principles to enhance user experience (UX) and usability across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate designs seamlessly using JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, Redux, Node.js, AJAX, and PHP.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for continuous improvement of website interfaces.
• Maintain and update existing websites through content management systems such as WordPress, Drupal, SharePoint, or custom solutions.
• Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) by applying best practices in content structuring and metadata management.
• Utilise Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) for graphic design tasks including visual assets creation and animation.
• Analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics and implement data-driven enhancements.
• Ensure all web designs adhere to accessibility standards and best practices in information architecture.
• Conduct website maintenance tasks including updates, bug fixes, and security patches to ensure optimal performance.

Do you have experience in WordPress?, * Proficiency in digital design tools such as Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD, Figma, InVision.

• Strong knowledge of front-end development languages including HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS/SASS), JavaScript (AJAX), PHP.
• Experience with responsive web design frameworks such as Bootstrap and Bootstrap Studio.
• Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress, Drupal or SharePoint.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles alongside wireframing and prototyping skills using Balsamiq or Axure.
• Understanding of interaction design concepts including usability testing and information architecture.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics for data analysis purposes.
• Working knowledge of version control systems like Git or Telerik.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while managing multiple projects efficiently.
• Strong communication skills with an eye for detail in visual aesthetics and user experience optimisation.
