Job description

They deliver everything from day-to-day IT support to cloud, security, and network management across Microsoft and Apple environments., As an IT Support Engineer, you'll be a key technical contact, providing both remote support and regular on-site visits. You'll help maintain secure, reliable systems and work closely with clients to plan improvements, not just fix issues., * Deliver 1st-3rd line technical support across Microsoft and Apple environments
- Provide on-site support
- Manage and troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, and cloud systems
- Maintain security standards, backups, patching, and general system health
- Assist with project work, deployments, and improvements
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
Requirements
- Experience in an IT support role
- Strong understanding of Windows OS, Windows Server, AD, Group Policy
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience supporting hardware, mobile devices, and peripherals
