Job description
What the role involves:
- Supporting end users with day-to-day technical issues
- Maintaining secure, reliable, and optimised systems
- Visiting client sites when needed to provide hands-on support
- Contributing to long-term IT planning and improvements
- Ensuring a high standard of service and communication at all times
Requirements
- Strong experience in IT support (MSP or Education background ideal, but not essential)
- Solid technical knowledge across Windows environments, networks, hardware, and cloud services
- Confidence in delivering both remote and on-site support
- A proactive mindset with the ability to build trust and strong working relationships
- Must have a Drivers Licence
