Job description
- Communicates with HR team members, payroll staff, finance staff, Trust staff
at all levels and third party suppliers.
- Provides and receives information in both standard as well as complex format.
E.g. Communicates/relays pay and tax information to employees in response
to basic queries, ascertains initial issue information, identifies a solution and
relays fix to the user.

Delivers basic HR Systems training to users.

Acts as liaison between Trust and third party service provider Teams for basic
queries.
- Act as first point of contact for users for all HR Systems Team queries.
You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Outlook?, · Microsoft Office package knowledge e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel.
· Communications skills- both verbal and written.
· Excellent telephone manner.
· Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload.
