Impact Futures Group is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Learner Systems Support Administrator to join our Operations team!
This is a remote role with occasional travelling for meetings., The Learner Systems Support Administrator ensures the accurate, secure, and efficient operation of digital learning systems that underpin the apprenticeship programme. Working primarily with Aptem and related platforms, the postholder is responsible for maintaining system configuration, managing user accounts and permissions, and ensuring data integrity and compliance. This role focuses on operational administration, supporting staff and processes to enable seamless learner management and reporting. The role will involve:
- Administer and maintain Aptem and other digital learning systems, managing user accounts, permissions, and settings.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely resolutions.
- Set up new user accounts, deactivate leavers, and manage role-based access across systems.
- Ensure all learner and staff data meets ESFA, GDPR, and safeguarding requirements.
- Conduct regular data audits and support internal and external audits as needed.
- Prepare and maintain accurate system records, reports, and documentation.
- Support process improvements and contribute to projects that enhance data workflows and system efficiency.
Requirements
Do you have experience in System administration?, * Experience in system administration, user account management, or digital platform operations (experience with Aptem or similar platforms preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and priorities effectively.
- Good understanding of GDPR, safeguarding, and data protection requirements.
- Clear communication skills, particularly in providing accurate system information to colleagues and management.
Desirable:
- Experience in an apprenticeship, further education, or training provider environment.
- Knowledge of ESFA funding rules, ILR data, and reporting requirements.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Excel or Power BI.
- Understanding of system configuration, permissions hierarchies, and audit processes.
