MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Repairs Administrator on a Temporary basis, based in Kent., * Upload and manage repair-related documentation

  • Maintain and update spreadsheets with current data

  • Conduct regular one-to-ones, team meetings, and performance reviews to ensure continuous development.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks and case management processes are followed accurately and consistently.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with internal procedures.
  • Drive continuous process improvement to reduce errors, increase efficiency, and enhance service quality.
  • Liaise with the clients Change, data and technology team to maintain up-to-date documentation and training materials for administrative processes., MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer in Merton. This will be on a temporary ongoing role with the view to go permanent., * Effectively liaise between residents and contractors to ensure that resident requirements are met and any issues are promptly and suitably addressed.
  • Providing support to any vulnerable residents, you will work with carers and other relevant advocates to ensure that specific needs are taken account of and any issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships, facilitate communications and coordinate activities to streamline operations, public communications, incident response and conflict resolution.
  • Deliver effective resident consultation and engagement, providing assurances at all levels that our buildings are compliant to all legislative requirements.
  • Developing and delivering effective communication with residents, liaising closely with contractor staff to assist in the smooth running of the programmes and the ongoing building management, * Undertake audits of your team's work, to be carried out weekly and any errors brought to your team's attention.

  • Management of the Supervisor admin function., MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Repairs Administrator on a Temporary basis, based in North London.

You will work closely with the Maintenance Team to ensure that all repairs and maintenance work is carried out in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate must have excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise workloads.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Raising repairs works for pre and post inspection, reactive and emergency repairs.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Contract Manager/ working at heights Supervisor
  • Maintain records of ongoing work to a high standard and general admin/housekeeping
  • Raise purchase orders, receipt purchase orders and track costs for jobs.
  • Liaise with the planning team to update the jobs in DRS and Northgate.
  • Liaise with the Client to ensure that work is meeting the requisite timescales.
  • Coordinate roofing, scaffolding and fire doors workstrem, * Have a focus on safety first with all risks identified immediately escalated to the Contract Manager
  • Provide regular updates and support to Senior Contract Manager on contracts outcomes against programme
  • Undertake regular audit of contract related information including certification (Where applicable) and develop action plans for closing works in a consistent manner.
  • Collate, analyse, monitor and report on KPIs within the contractual frameworks
  • Provide financial monitoring support and analysis to Contract manager
  • Regular monitoring of Cx Task Management
  • Monitor and report on contract management meeting actions
  • Support delivery teams in responding to written and phone enquires and update Cx as necessary.
  • Processing works orders, completions, process for payments or inspection requests in accordance with the policies and procedures and respond to general queries relating to proposed and confirmed works
  • Assist in the provision of information for the database for Stock Condition, Asbestos, Fire Risk Assessment and any other areas as required., * To co-ordinate the day to day running of the contract, encompassing the planning of works and managing the performance and delivery to the required contract specification.
  • Assisting the Senior Contract Manager where necessary to deliver the requirements of the Contract.
  • Have a focus on safety first with all risks identified immediately escalated to the Senior Contract Manager
  • Provide regular updates and support to Senior Contract Manager on contracts outcomes against programme
  • Undertake regular audit of contract related information
  • Collate, analyse, monitor and report on KPIs within the contractual frameworks
  • Provide financial Monitoring support and analysis to Senior Contract manager
  • Regular monitoring of CRM Task Management
  • Monitor and report on contract management meeting actions
  • Take on specific projects as required
  • Support delivery teams in responding to written and phone enquires and update CRM as necessary.
  • Processing works orders, completions, process for payments or inspection requests in accordance with the policies and procedures and respond to general queries relating to proposed and confirmed works
  • Assist in the provision of information for the database for Stock Condition, Asbestos, Fire Risk Assessment and any other areas as required.
  • Carry out other support tasks such as word processing, processing correspondence, specifications and providing general support to the Property Team.
