Job description

You'll play a key role in providing first and second line support for our Unit4 Financials platform (previously called Coda). Working closely with users across multiple countries, you'll help ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our client's financials systems., * Provide first and second line functional and technical support for Unit4 Financials.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating to third-line or vendor support where necessary.
  • Manage and prioritise support tickets in line with SLAs.
  • Assist with changes, testing, and updates to the system.
  • Support finance teams with process improvements, data analysis, reporting and integrations with other systems.
  • Contribute to documentation, training, and knowledge sharing within the support team.
  • Liaise with IT, Finance, and external partners to deliver high-quality system support on a global scale.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting Unit4 Financials or Coda (Essential)
  • Strong understanding of core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, etc.).
  • Previous experience providing 1st or 2nd line support within a finance systems environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and structured support processes.
