Funding Support Administrators

This role operates on a hybrid working arrangement that will require 1 days travel into our Coventry head office. This may fluctuate in line with business requirements. Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

The Finance Department at Arden University plays a pivotal role in supporting our ambitious growth and innovation agenda. From managing core financial operations and student finance to driving digital transformation across systems and processes, we are committed to achieving best-in-class financial stewardship and service delivery., We are looking for 3 Funding Support Administrators to join a rapidly growing Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our students when they need it most. As a Funding Support Administrator, you will be at the heart of our Financial Support Bursary schemes-managing and assessing applications, ensuring funding is distributed fairly, efficiently, and in line with regulatory guidance. You'll work closely with colleagues across the University to continuously develop our support frameworks, all while building strong cross-departmental relationships and contributing to a smooth, student-centred service. In this fast-paced and highly collaborative role, you'll maintain meticulous records, uphold data protection standards, meet tight deadlines, and actively grow your own professional expertise. This is your chance to directly impact the student experience and help remove financial barriers to education.

• Vocational qualifications (NVQ 2-3, City & Guilds) or equivalent, plus experience in a relevant role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, email, and web-based systems.
• Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with students, academic teams, and senior managers.
• Strong customer service skills.

Desirable Requirements:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Experience of working in a student-facing, finance, or administrative environment
