Job description
You'll be responsible for improving internal databases, building reporting tools, enhancing web portals, and contributing to custom workflow development, including work within Salesforce. Alongside development, you'll support the stability and security of core systems and assist with ongoing IT projects., * Develop and maintain internal databases, reporting solutions and web-based tools
- Support configuration and customisation of Salesforce
- Contribute to system security, backups, monitoring and incident prevention
- Assist with network and application maintenance to minimise downtime
- Work with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver user-friendly systems
- Support integration projects and advise on future system improvements
- Provide guidance and training to colleagues on internal systems
Requirements
Do you have experience in Visual Basic?, * Experience designing database applications (visual basic or access style database development would be ideal)
- Experience of working on bespoke software systems
- Knowledge of ERP systems , form design and report writing
- Awareness of digital and AI tools, and how they can improve business processes
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Nice to have
- Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and threat prevention
- Familiarity with Salesforce development or administration

- Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 plus 10% bonus
