Job description
This role translates Opogo's commercial strategy into technology execution. You will operate autonomously across all teams - Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Compliance, and Operations - owning our revenue operations (RevOps), CRM configuration, data governance, analytics, and integrations. You will ensure the reliability, accuracy, and integrity of data across HubSpot, TiFo, and Persona, while building the automated processes and dashboards that power commercial performance., Revenue Operations
- Lead RevOps initiatives across the UK and Florida.
- Build scalable processes for lead flow, pipeline management, onboarding, and customer journeys.
- Translate commercial strategy into measurable workflows and KPIs.
HubSpot Ownership
- Own HubSpot end-to-end across all Hubs.
- Build workflows, automation, and lifecycle processes.
- Develop and maintain HubSpot dashboards for revenue, operations, and compliance visibility.
- Manage user access, permissions, and governance.
- Maintain CRM data integrity through audits, cleansing, and enrichment.
- Provide training and platform support across all teams.
DBA & Data Governance
- Ensure strong database administration practices across HubSpot, TiFo, and Persona.
- Monitor and maintain data accuracy across systems.
- Support data migrations, imports, and structural improvements.
- Maintain documentation, naming conventions, and data standards.
Compliance Systems
- Support TiFo (UK) and Persona (US) compliance platforms.
- Oversee data synchronisation and workflow accuracy.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate when required.
- Provide reporting on compliance progress and operational bottlenecks.
Integrations & Automation
- Manage integrations between HubSpot, TiFo, Persona, and other tools.
- Build automation to reduce manual processes.
- Ensure consistent and reliable multi-system data flow.
AI, Automation, and Commercial Systems Intelligence
- Explore and implement AI-driven tools that enhance revenue operations, workflow automation, and system efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Use AI capabilities within HubSpot, Power BI, and integration platforms to improve data quality, automate repetitive steps, and surface actionable insights.
- Support teams in adopting AI-enabled processes such as lead scoring, message optimisation, data enrichment, and workflow recommendations.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and assess their potential to strengthen Opogo's commercial systems, reporting accuracy, and operational productivity.
- Ensure AI tools and workflows follow data governance, privacy, and security standards across UK and US operations.
Analytics & Reporting
- Build dashboards in HubSpot and Power BI.
- Provide real-time insights into revenue, pipeline, lead sources, onboarding, and compliance.
- Define metrics and maintain reporting documentation.
Commercial Enablement
- Work with teams to understand data and operational needs.
- Deliver system onboarding, documentation, and training.
- Act as the first-line support for CRM and system queries.
- Champion operational efficiency and data literacy.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Power BI?, * Experience in RevOps, CRM administration, or commercial systems roles.
- Strong hands-on HubSpot experience (workflows, automation, dashboards).
- Background in data governance or database administration.
- Experience with TiFo, Persona, or similar systems is advantageous.
- Strong capability with HubSpot dashboards and Power BI.
- Comfortable with integrations, APIs, and automation tools.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
