Job description
This role sits at the heart of the organisation's FM function, supporting service delivery, contract performance and operational efficiency. You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to interpret data, streamline reporting and support contract performance monitoring., * Analysing facilities management data to support operational decision-making
- Extracting and interpreting data from a CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) system
- Producing accurate performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Engaging with stakeholders including contract managers, service leads and operational teams
- Ensuring data quality, consistency and compliance with internal FM processes
- Supporting continuous improvement across FM operations and reporting cycles
Requirements
Do you have experience in Data visualization?, You'll be a good fit if you:
- Have strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills
- Bring experience working with CAFM systems or FM operational data
- Communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels
- Are proficient with spreadsheets, reporting tools and data visualisation
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a busy, fast-paced FM environment

The position is based at their modern head office in South Leeds, located in a bespoke commercial business park near the White Rose Shopping Centre.
