Be part of an international team, thrive in a global group with a €800M turnover and over 1,000 clients worldwide, and an agile environment. ️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ️ 8+ years of experience in business analysis, specifically within HR systems, HRIS implementations, or enterprise platform migrations. Deep expertise in requirements engineering, functional design, data mapping, and interface specification for HR technologies. Strong understanding of HR processes (e.g., payroll, talent management, employee data lifecycle) and experience with Oracle HCM or similar platforms (SuccessFactors, Workday). Proven experience in data integration projects, including data dictionary mapping, ETL logic definition, and exception handling. Solid background in test planning, UAT coordination, and creation of training materials and user documentation. High attention to detail, especially during early project phases (design, data migration). Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Visio, or equivalent. Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills. Advanced English (C1) and Spanish. Based in Madrid ( hybrid role) WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Participate in requirements-gathering workshops with HR teams across Europe to define functional and non-functional needs for Oracle HCM. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, including process workflows, data mappings, and integration rules. Support local teams in defining data dictionaries and mapping legacy HR data for migration. Configure and parameterize Oracle HCM modules according to approved functional designs. Prepare comprehensive functional documentation, including user manuals, configuration guides, and training materials. Design and execute test scenarios for data migration and system integrations, particularly with local payroll and third-party HR tools. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including anomaly tracking, resolution coordination, and sign-off facilitation. Provide post-go-live functional support, ensuring smooth transition and user adoption. Collaborate closely with integration and project management teams to ensure end-to-end solution consistency.
