- Design, develop, and test ETL processes to ensure accurate, secure, and efficient transfer of HR data.
- Identify integration points between Oracle HCM and third-party systems (e.g., payroll, talent management) and define technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain integration flows using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Boomi, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Ensuring performance and reliability of integration flows.
- Produce detailed technical documentation for migration and integration components.
- Resolution of technical problems related to migration and integration.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a technical integration expert, focused on HRIS implementations, data migration, and enterprise application integration.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Boomi - proficiency in at least one platform is mandatory.
- Proven experience designing and developing ETL processes (extraction, transformation, loading) for large-scale HR data migrations.
- Solid background in integration architecture, including APIs, web services, message queues, and secure data exchange.
- Experience supporting production environments: incident management, problem resolution, change control, and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Autosys or PowerShell for job scheduling and operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace or equivalent for performance and availability tracking.
- Ability to create technical documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Advanced English (C1) and Spanish.
- Based in Madrid (hybrid role)
