Job description

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Coach development teams on Agile methodologies and best practices
  • Ensure project alignment with Agile principles and company standards
  • Support Product Owners with backlog grooming and prioritization
  • Identify and remove project impediments and roadblocks
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
  • Report project status and KPIs to stakeholders regularly

Requirements

  • Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
  • Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
  • Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
  • Knowledge of software development life cycles and DevOps practices
  • Academic background: engineering schools or relevant technical university degrees
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus
  • Ability to synthesize and communicate effectively in multicultural environments
