Job description

Our client is seeking a talented Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to play a key role in strengthening and evolving their Dynamics 365 CRM platform. The role with present the successful applicant the opportunity to take ownership of the organisations business systems, provide technical expertise and work closely in a forward-thinking, collaborative environment!

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, enhancement, and optimisation of Dynamics 365 CRM to ensure scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
  • Configure, customise, and extend Dynamics 365, including integrations with other systems.
  • Design and maintain workflows, plugins, scripts, forms, entities, and automation to support business processes.
  • Conduct unit testing, code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to maintain reliability.
  • Support deployments, data migrations, and ongoing CRM improvement projects.
  • Champion best practice CRM usage across the organisation.
  • Work with Dynamics Sales Professional CRM and Business Central to drive system integration and improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer (CE/CRM), with strong technical expertise in customisation and solution design.
  • Deep understanding of CRM entities, workflows, plugins, forms, security roles, and automation.
  • Experience integrating CRM with external systems via APIs, web services, and middleware.
  • Skilled in developing custom workflows, plugins, dashboards, reports, and web resources.
  • Hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages).
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in debugging and resolving CRM issues.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities., * Dynamics 365 CE
