Our client is seeking an experienced Workday Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a Workday implementation project. This role will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure a successful deployment. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, excellent leadership skills, and prior experience delivering Workday projects., * Lead and manage end-to-end Workday implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and risk/issue logs to ensure transparency and control.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders throughout all phases of the project.
- Drive project governance, ensuring compliance with agreed methodologies and standards.
- Provide clear communication and updates to executive stakeholders, escalating risks as needed.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workday?, * Proven experience managing Workday implementation or enhancement projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
