A Central London based Asset Manager has an exciting opportunity available - Workday Specialist EMEA/APAC. The business are well know, highly performing and has a fast paced and dynamic environment. They have over $2 trillion in AUM and have over 3000 staff who operate in a number of locations globally. The EMEA/APAC regions have circa 1000+ employees who are supported by roughly 40 HR professionals, internationally this is more. The HRIS team consist of 6 people and this role will report to an individual in the US.
This is a newly created role which is critical to the HR team and the business. It will act as the bridge between the US, EMEA and APAC regions and will have a wide remit. This remit will be hybrid and be responsible for strategy, projects and day to day configuration of the system. Workday has been within this business for over 5 years now so there is only implementation of any new updates or modules. The key parts of this role will be the mix of strategy, projects and D2D.
Requirements
We are looking for an exceptional individual who is already working as a Workday specialist but is now looking for a new and unique challenge. As this position will have multiple stakeholders within HR it is critical that this person also has superb interpersonal skills as well as the in-depth Workday knowledge needed. A good project background will also be highly advantageous. Candidates will also come from a corporate, multinational company.
