Salesforce Project Manager - Outside IR35

My leading client is looking for a Senior Salesforce Project Manager to help shape and drive an implementation into a complex environment. You must have a proven history of successfully managing Salesforce and business change initiatives, backed by strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills., * Extensive Salesforce Implementations - Marketing, Sales, Experience

• Extensive project management experience across a wide range of sectors
• Excellent Governance and Reporting
• Project Leadership:, estimates, project/technical plans, budgets, risks, scope, and change control
• 3rd Party Management
• Ability to secure project buy-in and drive cross-functional collaboration
• Strong RAID identification, tracking, and management
• Ability to develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies
• Experience leading business change programmes
• Proven end-to-end project delivery capability
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinating with business stakeholders, IT teams, third-party suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth delivery
• Documentation: Producing PIDs, status reports, change notes, Business Cases, BRS, test plans, and other core project documentation
