Job description
A varied and interesting Application Support role, covering bespoke internal applications and SaaS services. Working with 3rd party suppliers and supporting a wide range of users you'll look to optimise interfaces between applications and value add changes are delivered.
This is a reactive role dealing with escalation from service desk , prioritising service requests and supporting projects delivering a range of customer products, APIs and operating processes.
And excellent environment with friendly teams and a strong work life balance. The role is predominately remote, with one day per month in London and comes with flexible working and a good benefits package.
Requirements
- Application support across new and legacy services
- Manage application incident process
- Strong understanding of FSDLC including with 3rd party offshore partners
- Experience in Oracle DB and AWS services
- Confident in SharePoint Administration
- A prior background in or strong knowledge of Coding/Scripting is desirable
This role deals with a wide range of applications and users at different technology maturity levels so the ability to understand business process and relate this to application workflow will be needed.
