Job description
entry point for stand-by duties after working hours and during weekends on a rotative system (On-call shift). * Create automation which will benefit our Incident Management team. * Provide first-line application support to the tech transversal team. * Assist in the maintenance of IT documentation and knowledge-based articles. * Suggest, discuss, elaborate, apply and support plans to face the challenges of an ever-growing company's IT needs. Requirements / Nice to Have * Proven working experience with incident and IT service desk management. * Good troubleshooting methodology and following best practices. * IT bachelor graduate (or equivalent by experience). * Familiar with at least one current programming language (ideally C#) and have a good knowledge of SQL. * Advanced level of spoken and written English. * Another European language such as French will be an advantage. * Able to work in early and late shifts between 6:30am - 8:00pm. * Familiar with, workflow
