Job description

The candidate will be part of an active team, providing technical support via telephone and email and carrying out PC repairs. Product & in-house system training will be provided. Monday to Friday 9.00am to 17.15., Ø Supporting all Windows Operating Systems - with an in-depth knowledge on Windows 11

Ø Test, diagnose, repair & configure Desktops, Laptops & Portable units.

Ø Record all customer queries on internal database.

Ø Test, diagnose, repair & configure Desktops, Laptops & Portable units.

Ø Schedule 3rd party on-site engineer repairs for hardware faults.

Ø Use of all in-house software systems/Microsoft Office Suite

Ø Liaising with all internal departments.

Ø Adhering to Team procedures.

Ø Maintaining customer satisfaction at all times.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, Ø Ability to show initiative and work well with others, an overall team player.

Ø Polite, courteous and enthusiastic.

Ø Dynamic, proactive, articulate and well presented.

Ø Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
