Job description

We are seeking an organised and proactive Contract Support professional to join a major Facilities Management service provider in Central London. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong administration and coordination skills, and enjoys working closely with operational teams., * Provide daily administrative and contractual support to the FM team

  • Manage work orders, PPM scheduling, and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Produce reports, maintain compliance records, and support financial processes (POs, invoicing, WIP management)
  • Assist with contract documentation, audits, and operational KPIs

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, * Experience in a Contract Support/Facilities Coordinator/Administrator role within FM (preferred)

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-service mindset
  • Confident with MS Office and CAFM systems (e.g., Concept, CAFM, Maximo)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
