Job description
This is a chance to become the go-to expert for arrears and collections reporting across a fast-growing European portfolio. You'll lead the evolution of analytical and operational reports, influence senior stakeholders, and work closely with country teams who rely on your insights., * Lead the development and delivery of arrears and collections analytical dashboards for management reporting.
- Build and evolve operational reporting for asset management, focusing on arrears and collections.
- Partner with country teams to understand arrears positions at tenant level and track progress.
- Deliver regular arrears and collections reporting to leadership and c-suite stakeholders., Since establishing ourselves in London in 2001, we have continued to specialise and further develop our reputation as market leaders across the same core sectors that we originally started within, partnering with local clients across the world as we've grown to now have offices across the UK, US and Germany.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' commercial real estate experience in an analytical role focused on collections.
- Hands-on experience with property management ERP systems, with Yardi preferred.
- Advanced Excel capability and experience developing reporting solutions using platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
