Data Reporting Manager

• Build and evolve operational reporting for asset management, focusing on arrears and collections.
• Partner with country teams to understand arrears positions at tenant level and track progress.
• Deliver regular arrears and collections reporting to leadership and c-suite stakeholders.

• Minimum 5 years' commercial real estate experience in an analytical role focused on collections.
• Hands-on experience with property management ERP systems, with Yardi preferred.
• Advanced Excel capability and experience developing reporting solutions using platforms such as Tableau or Power BI., * Analysis
