Job description
Client Workshops & Business Transformation: Lead client workshops to gather process requirements, identify needs, and drive strategic business transformation using Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced.
Documentation & Design: Develop detailed functional requirements and design documentation to align with business needs, ensuring seamless RCA implementation.
Revenue Cloud Advanced Implementation & Testing: Oversee the configuration, unit testing, and end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced.
Integration & Data Migration Design: Design and implement integration strategies and data migration plans for seamless system interoperability and smooth transitions.
Enterprise System Architecture: Lead the design of end-to-end enterprise system architecture to ensure scalability, efficiency, and security across platforms.
Project Oversight & Internal Design Reviews: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, leading internal design reviews to ensure alignment with client needs and best practices.
Pre-Sales Support & Solution Proposals: Assist in pre-sales activities, contributing to solution design, proposal creation, and client presentations to drive business development.
Revenue Cloud Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of Revenue Cloud Advanced solutions, focusing on the full Revenue Operations lifecycle.
Project Estimation & Service Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with Service Sales to create and review accurate project estimates, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project scope.
Requirements
We're seeking a highly experienced individual with a proven track record in leading and implementing Salesforce solutions, particularly within the Revenue Cloud Advanced domain. You will bring:
Salesforce Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce, specifically Revenue Cloud Advanced, Salesforce CPQ and Billing along with a strong understanding of relevant applications and tools.
Leadership & Team Management: Strong leadership skills to manage client and internal teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery and fostering collaboration.
Consulting & Business Transformation: Expertise in strategic business transformation, including leading workshops, assessing client needs, and delivering innovative solutions.
Problem Solving & Solution Design: Proven ability to think critically and creatively, solving complex problems and delivering tailored solutions.
Experience Across Organization Sizes & Industries: Expertise in working with diverse enterprises, especially those benefiting from RCA solutions.
Project & Deadline Management: Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines while ensuring successful project delivery.
Upstream/Downstream Integration & Revenue Cloud: Experience in integrating upstream and downstream systems (CRM, ERP, SAP) and a strong background in Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced implementations.
