Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our remote analytics and product team. In this role, you will leverage data-driven techniques to build predictive models, uncover insights, and guide strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful analytical solutions that drive business outcomes., * Develop and deploy machine learning models, predictive algorithms, and statistical analyses

• Work with large, complex datasets to extract insights and identify trends
• Build data pipelines and collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and availability
• Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and actionable solutions
• Communicate insights through dashboards, visualizations, and reports
• Experiment with new modeling techniques, tools, and technologies
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and present findings
• Optimize existing models for scalability, performance, and accuracy
• Document methodologies, processes, and technical solutions

• 3-12 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow a plus)
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data modeling
• Experience with SQL and working with relational or NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, Plotly)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow)
• Knowledge of NLP, time-series forecasting, or deep learning
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
• Experience deploying models into production environments
• Understanding of A/B testing and experimental design
• Domain experience (finance, e-commerce, healthcare, telecom, etc.)

Pay: £40,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
