Collaborating across teams to solve complex customer challenges and develop system-level solutions spanning computer, electrical, and software engineering, driving solutions through to completion.

Prioritizing multiple tasks, managing time effectively, and communicating milestones clearly while executing to plan.

Working with Sales Engineers to bridge the technical gap between customers and products, offering hands-on technical guidance and support.

Diagnosing field failures to their root causes, identifying potential improvements, and documenting your findings internally and externally, as appropriate.

Troubleshooting production issues (e.g. BOM errors, fitment problems, test failures) and owning the subsequent determination of root cause and creation of corrective action(s) to prevent recurrence.

Facilitating changes and customizations to customer BIOSes and OS images and owning all required testing to ensure correct implementation.

Creating clear technical documentation such as guides, system notes, and customer applications.

Ensure consistent application of current operational processes and lead initiatives for their enhancement and increased efficiency.

Driving continuous improvement to streamline processes, minimize waste, and reduce inefficiencies across the company.

Log, track, and aggregate system design limitations to inform new product designs.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Operating systems?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical fields or equivalent experience.
- Experience with computer applications in manufacturing, machine vision, defense, energy, or related fields.
- Detailed knowledge of computer systems, components and operating systems
- Experience with ARM architecture and sensor interfacing within a Linux environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and develop strong relationships with customers, team members and cross functional partners.
- Ability to conceptualize, analyze, plan and organize projects with superior aptitude for managing time and shifting priorities.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Exceptional ability to adapt to and drive change.
- Must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and seamlessly adjust to new situations, priorities, and demands., You remain up to date with new IT trends and technologies, have experience building and customizing computer systems and working with hardware at the component level. You're results oriented with a positive problem solving mindset. Your natural sense of personal responsibility enables you to get projects done on time, and hold yourself and others accountable along the way.
Benefits & conditions
The salary range for this role is € 3.500,- to € 6.000,- per month. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
