Job description
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is fully remote within the UK and open to candidates across a wide experience range-from entry-level designers eager to grow, to seasoned professionals ready to take ownership of end-to-end design processes.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly, engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across products.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams for seamless implementation.
- Translate complex ideas into clear, elegant design solutions.
- Stay current with UX/UI best practices, tools, and industry trends.
Requirements
- 0-12 years of professional or practical UX/UI design experience (internships, academic projects, and portfolios accepted for junior applicants).
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX processes and polished UI work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Understanding of UX methodologies, user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, and colour theory.
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate in a remote environment.
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end frameworks.
- Experience contributing to or managing a design system.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK(Valid Visa)
