Senior Data Analyst

A core analytics role focused on data extraction, manipulation, insight generation, and stakeholder collaboration. You will work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver analytical solutions that drive business performance and growth., * Extract and manipulate data from multiple sources.

• Use analytics to deliver insights for key business areas.
• Build and develop analytical solutions to support decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into actionable outputs.
• Support reporting, optimisation, customer understanding, and business strategy.

• Advanced SQL (essential).
• Python (highly beneficial; two headcounts require Python).
• Data visualisation experience (Tableau preferred, but any tool accepted).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Numerical, analytical, and quantitative capability.
• 2+ years in a Data Analyst role.
• Financial Services experience beneficial but not required.
• STEM degree preferred but not essential., 1. Online Assessment (20 mins): situational questions assessing competencies and cultural alignment.

2. Job Fit Interview (30-45 mins): job-specific skills, one short quantitative task, and hypothetical SQL/Python questions (if applicable).
3. Behavioural Interview: competency-based, STAR-style questions.
4. Final In-Person Interview: case study and live practical assessment.
