Job description

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to take ownership of a busy pipeline of customer projects across an IT services environment. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for delivering several small to medium sized IT projects at once while also helping to strengthen how projects are structured and delivered across the business. This suits someone confident in bringing ideas from previous experience and shaping the direction of the projects function. What the IT Project Manager will be doing:

  • Managing multiple IT projects at the same time
  • Planning and scheduling work with engineers
  • Setting clear expectations with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Improving processes such as scoping, RAID, change control and handovers
  • Driving consistent documentation and governance
  • Keeping projects on track and resolving issues early
  • Working onsite regularly with occasional client visits

Requirements

  • Experience as an IT Project Manager in an MSP or multi customer IT environment
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload well
