Job description
We're looking for an IT Service Desk Administrator to help us provide coordination and support for IT tasks related to user system account management, procurement, and supplier management.
This role is in our IT Operations department. It is a non-technical role, but will provide an ideal platform for anyone looking to kick-start their IT career.
This is an office-based role, working Mon-Fri from our head office site in Crewe, Cheshire.
Typical work activities:
- Working with external parties to obtain quotes for IT equipment.
- Raising orders and managing software licences as part of the IT procurement processes.
- Setting up new starter accounts.
- Taking ownership of stock control as part of the IT asset management process.
- Managing and working with the Postroom team to deliver IT equipment around the group., We are committed to ensuring an inclusive and accessible recruitment process for all candidates. Requirements
Do you have experience in IT?, We are looking for someone who has a logical and analytical mindset and an eye for detail.
There is no requirement for a technical background, though it would be great if you can demonstrate an interest in IT.
