Job description

As a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst , you'll be a key player in shaping how we measure and optimise our marketing performance. You'll work across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, CRM and other digital channels , using data to tell compelling stories and drive smarter decisions.

This isn't just about reporting numbers - it's about unlocking insights to drive performance and influence strategy . You'll partner with marketing and commercial teams to ensure every pound we spend delivers maximum impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Analyse & Optimise: Evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns across acquisition and retention channels.
  • Data Storytelling: Extract and manipulate data from varied sources, both internal and external, to build and comprehensive data backed story.
  • Commercial Impact: Influence marketing and commercial teams to optimise spend and strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Advanced Measurement: Utilise marketing mix models , attribution frameworks , and incrementality tests to understand channel impact.
  • Reporting & Automation: Create automated dashboards and self-serve tools using BI platforms Power BI and Google Data Studio .
  • Knowledge Sharing: Mentor and upskill team members on Digital Marketing and associated measurement.

Requirements

  • Advanced experience in Digital Marketing Effectiveness within ecommerce.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing channels and the conversion funnel.
  • Expert in Google Stack (GA4, Google Ads, SA360, Big Query) and platforms like Meta Ads Manager .
  • Competent in SQL , Excel .
  • Excellent communicator , able to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive impact.
  • Collaborative and passionate about knowledge sharing and team development.
