  • Assist Norwegian-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries and delivering expert guidance on the digital store's offerings.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the products and services to meet customer requirements effectively.
  • Conduct informative training for customers on navigating and utilizing digital store platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design strategies that enhance customer engagement.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to explore opportunities for improving the digital shopping experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in e-commerce and digital retail to provide insightful recommendations.
  • Quickly resolve customer issues or complaints related to their digital store experience.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or consulting, preferably within the e-commerce or digital retail field.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools used in online retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
