Your contributions will be essential in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving successful digital interactions. Responsibilities

  • Assist Swedish-speaking customers by addressing inquiries and providing expert advice on digital store offerings.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the products and services to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Conduct training for customers on how to effectively navigate and utilize digital store platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that improve customer engagement.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to uncover opportunities for enhancing the digital shopping experience.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in e-commerce and digital retail to offer customers informed recommendations.
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues or complaints related to the digital store experience.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or consulting, preferably within the e-commerce or digital retail area.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools used in online retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
