Job description
- Development of a growing and diverse team who are seen as trusted advisors to our customer(s) and with internal team members
- Develop the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the team to increase our relevance and fuel the expansion of Salesforce across the region
- Supporting Account Executives by participating and leading in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required
- Management of a high performance team, including recruiting, hiring and training
- Build strong team unity, internal connections, and collaboration across the Salesforce eco-system
- Leading weekly forecast meetings
- Driving pipeline generation initiatives to improve revenue generating opportunities for the customer account(s)
- Mentor and professionally develop Account Executives regarding strategies to ensure a high level of closure rates and opportunity identification
- Engaging at the C-level in customer organisations and leverage own existing C-level network
- Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting
- Consistently supervising and enhancing the sales activities of the team

An opportunity exists in our Netherlands Sales organisation for an experienced sales leader looking to further their career in a hyper-growth, fast-paced and dynamic environment! We are seeking an exceptional and ambitious Sales Manager who will play a key role in driving strategic business sales initiatives within the Digital business (Marketing Cloud & Commerce Cloud) for Enterprise Account & Mid Market Accounts for the Netherlands region., As Sales Leader, you will play a key role managing a team of highly visible and motivated Sales Executives in our expanding Netherlands sales operation that generates revenue and achieves individual, team and organisational quotas. Ideal candidates should possess solid business-to-business (B2B) sales and prior Enterprise Software sales management experience., * Consistent track record in building and managing high performance teams
- Able to operate and navigate successfully in a matrix or multi-product sales environment
- Strong knowledge of the Digital Marketing and/or E-commerce market and ecosystem
- Experience selling transformational technology solutions to Enterprise customers
- Previous experience in solution sales (especially Software, SaaS, or Cloud)
- Strong demonstrated and proven sales experience, working with complex customers
- People management experience (directly or via matrix)
- A passion for building and growing a diverse team
- Proven ability to create and inspire successful teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to inspire and build trusted relationships both internally and externally
- Passion for supporting team development
