Job description

As a SuccessFactors Functional SME, you will work within the framework of the SAP Programs Strategy, Roadmap, and the defined Hire to Retire Work Plan, providing end-to-end solution and process enablement advice and knowledge, focused on the key hire to retire process chain and the primary integration points.

In this role, you will be part of the Workforce Analytics & Digitalization team, which drives strategic functional support to the entire HR community and at the company level in terms of HR IS, Organization Design, and state-of-the-art People Analytics. You will work closely with the Centers of Excellence in the Global HR Leadership Team as well as the HR Regional teams across the globe. Our team is multi-functional and diverse, bringing different points of view, ways of thinking, and new capabilities to strengthen our impact.

The impact you'll make:

  • Act as the conduit between the Center of Excellence (CoE), HR regional teams, IT architecture, delivery teams, and business functions, serving as the 2nd level point of contact for all SuccessFactors system needs.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Teams to enhance implemented SuccessFactors modules and standardize processes. Support the HR community with questions and requests regarding system functionality, mass uploads, and reporting.
  • Manage basic configuration changes in the system as needed, monitor and test change requests and SAP updates, and support the implementation of new SuccessFactors modules, system updates, and user testing when required.
  • Work with COEs to translate business needs into projects, including prioritization, scheduling, and resource planning for specific projects.
  • Focus on the quality of business processes as well as data quality and integrity by ensuring a regular audit cadence in coordination with the People Analytics team.
  • Actively identify and resolve issues or opportunities for enhanced user experience and other HRIS integrations.
  • Develop, document, and maintain all current and new HRIS business process workflows for efficiency and compliance for selected processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional and IT team members on HRIS-related issues, enhancements, and queries.
  • Provide ad-hoc training to the HR community, People Leaders, and employees on SuccessFactors functionalities and other potential HR systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience as a Subject Matter Expert for SuccessFactors
  • Fluent in English; Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or IT
  • Strong knowledge in human resources and SuccessFactors
  • Minimum of 2 years of functional and/or technical experience in HR IT
  • Experience in designing and/or implementing SAP SuccessFactors
  • Proven analytical mindset
  • Operational experience in an HR-related role is a plus
