Job description

We are looking for a detail-driven and forward-thinking HRIS Transformation Lead to join our HR team as the primary lead for all HRIS functionality. This is a key role responsible for owning, developing, and optimising our platform ensuring it supports a seamless employee lifecycle from recruitment to payroll.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Lead, manage, and enhance the organisation's use of HRIS across HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Time & Attendance, and Workforce Management modules.
  • Act as the go-to technical expert for system configuration, troubleshooting, data flows, automation, and user queries.
  • Work closely with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and IT to streamline workflows, digitise manual activity, and drive efficiency across the employee life cycle.
  • Maintain data integrity, system security, permissions, and audit controls.
  • Develop system documentation, guides, and training materials for internal users.
  • Support upgrades, new module implementations, integrations, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Analyse system performance, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to strengthen reporting, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with software vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and system capability is maximised.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Human resources?, * Experience working within HR or People Operations with strong HRIS experience.

  • Advanced knowledge of system configuration, workflows, dashboards, user setup, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset, confident interpreting data, spotting trends, and implementing solutions.
  • Comfortable leading system improvements, gathering requirements, and engaging with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to explain technical processes simply.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage priorities and work autonomously.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
